The kilims on this page are all in good condition and suitable for use on the floor. However, antique kilims should be treated with care and underlay should be used in a situation where the kilim is placed on a hard wood, stone or slate floor. These kilims are woven in a culture where they would not have been walked in in shoes, so please bear that in mind in order to keep them in good condition and prolong their life.
